Carriage Oaks Independent Living

845 Design Group was pleased to assist this independent senior living community in expanding their existing dining room. The addition was built over the existing raised patio area that was largely underutilized by residents. The expanded interior space allows for additional meeting space for exercise classes, social events and improved accessibility around the dining tables. In working with Carriage Oaks, special precautions during construction were taken to minimize disruption and construction dust to residents and staff.
