Wheeling Community Room Addition

845 Design Group assisted the Village of Wheeling in a feasibility study for an addition to their existing Village Hall to house a Community Room that would be open to various community groups such as the Senior Congregate Dining Program, Economic Development Breakfasts and Citizen Police Academy meetings. An important component of the proposed Community Room was the ability to serve meals, therefore a warming kitchen was included in the plans along with a self-serve coffee/ buffet station. The proposed addition would enclose an existing exterior courtyard and landscaped area to extend the building facade and appear as if it were a part of the original building.
