VNA Health Care – Bensenville

845 Design Group lead a multidisciplinary team in the gut renovation of a 3,500sf tenant space from former bakery to outpatient clinic. Our team assisted VNA with a preliminary space plan to assist with lease negotiations. The seven (7) exam room clinic includes a semi-private registration area, large nurse station with adjacent provider office and lab. The staff space includes a kitchenette with large island for staff collaboration and connection. The floor plan was created to utilize natural light from the existing skylights to create a warm and welcoming environment in a tenant space with limited access to windows. 845 Design Group introduced a fresh interior material palette that combines familiar VNA wood tones with updated colors and flooring for an updated feel to this new clinic space.
