We have been working with 845 for the past few years to create a better space usage plan for our building and to bring it up to 21st century standards, including accessibility. The group has been creative and responsive since the very first meeting; they were the only ones to come back to the second interview, before we even hired them, with some possible suggestions for some of our more pressing issues. Now that we are getting closer to build phase, they have done an outstanding job of tweaking their designs to fit our budget.They listen carefully, remember well, are attentive to needs, and very creative in their solutions. They respond to phone and email in an extremely timely manner. They are well versed in dealing with organizations that must go through process and protocol to reach decisions and move forward.
