Our team worked diligently with the Owners to create a welcoming café experience in the heart of our hometown, transforming what was once a Montgomery Ward storefront into a modern and inviting gathering space. We assisted the Owner with the initial layout of the café, permit documentation, coordination of kitchen equipment and prepared materials for the Design Review Commission with the Village of LaGrange.
