U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Chicago, IL

845 Design provided furniture design services under an IDIQ contract with the General Services Administration (GSA). The space required furniture for private offices, open workstations, break room, touchdown stations, training room, and open collaboration space in a 9,600sf leased space. The existing column placement and window sill conditions created a challenge in creating a uniform solution across the space. The solution was to utilize the same furniture components in each area in a slightly different configuration to accommodate the building.
