VNA Health Care – Villa Park

Our team partnered with VNA Health Care on a 6,000-square-foot tenant improvement project, creating a welcoming second-floor clinic that offers primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, optometry, and lab services. The design overcame structural challenges—including a waffle slab grid, cantilevered floors, and coordination with a downstairs tenant—through thoughtful planning and collaboration. Incorporating VNA’s established design standards, the layout supports efficient operations while maintaining consistency across locations. Abundant natural light enhances the sense of openness and highlights the client’s custom stained-glass artwork, resulting in a space that reflects both functionality and community-centered care.
